Hi! I’m Clinton. I’m a physical therapist and I own a private practice named PhysioStrength in New York City. At my clinic our mission is to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all types rehab from injury, recover from pain and build strong, healthy and resilient bodies.
A big part of what I do for my patients is programming exercises and movements that help their various injuries and pain issues. I decided to join Playbook to be a resource and to share my knowledge of such exercises with as many people as possible.
As a competitive powerlifter and overall fitness enthusiast myself, I know how difficult it can be to experience pain that keeps you from doing the stuff you love. So I’m passionate about empowering people and helping them continue to do all the things that bring them joy, whether it’s running, weightlifting, yoga, strength training or any other activity.
