About Dr. Clinton Lee, PT, DPT

Hi! I’m Clinton. I’m a physical therapist and I own a private practice named PhysioStrength in New York City. At my clinic our mission is to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all types rehab from injury, recover from pain and build strong, healthy and resilient bodies. A big part of what I do for my patients is programming exercises and movements that help their various injuries and pain issues. I decided to join Playbook to be a resource and to share my knowledge of such exercises with as many people as possible. As a competitive powerlifter and overall fitness enthusiast myself, I know how difficult it can be to experience pain that keeps you from doing the stuff you love. So I’m passionate about empowering people and helping them continue to do all the things that bring them joy, whether it’s running, weightlifting, yoga, strength training or any other activity. What type of workouts are you sharing?
Exercises designed to help reduce pain and improve mobility. There’ll also be some challenging strengthening exercises, fitness routines and circuits thrown into the mix as well!
Do the workouts require any equipment?
Most workouts won’t require any equipment! There is one workout listed though that involves two dumbbells, but nothing more.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
When performed with consistency, the exercises with a rehab focus should help reduce any pain you may be experiencing. The general fitness routines provided should leave you feeling like you got a challenging full body workout.
Can I save workouts so that they don’t disappear?
Not yet! But message me what workouts you love or want to see more of!
Why only 10 latest workouts and not more?
You have to keep up with me! I post fresh workouts and insights so you keep moving and learning!
