Just a yoga mat but I will give you options if you’d like to add in some props! Optional: Towel Belt Strap Pillows Yoga Blocks I’ll let ya know what you can grab before every class!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
It always depends what your goals are! For me, the longer I practice the more I simply love connecting my breath to the movements of my body. I have always felt moments of a quiet mind when I practice and as a busy mama of three .. that’s what has kept me forever coming back to my mat ✨ Hope you can find something similar here too 💕
