How to get the best outcome of the program? It always depends what your goals are! For me, the longer I practice the more I simply love connecting my breath to the movements of my body. I have always felt moments of a quiet mind when I practice and as a busy mama of three .. that’s what has kept me forever coming back to my mat ✨
