I’m a yoga teacher to the core; I live and love this practice and I cannot wait to share it with you!
Yoga saved my life. It can save yours. It’s all about balance—effort and ease, flexibility and strength, yin and yang. I started yoga in 2005, weak and tight as any normal person, and I am the strongest and most flexible version of me now, inspiring others to walk this path of resilience.
My teaching is super clear with effective cues, intelligent sequencing and a gift for making the craziest poses seem possible. And yet, I focus a great deal on stability, strength, breath, and integration. I’ve trained with greats like Maty Ezraty, Jules Mitchell, Jason Crandell, Gary Kraftsow, Paul Grilley, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig and more. Their influence is felt in my classes.
As a mom, time and convenience are HUGE so I have whittled down my 90 and 75 min sweaty Vinyasa flows I’ve taught the past 10 years in Southern California into 15-45 min classes, so you get what you need, while staying true to the yoga practice.
