Frequently asked questions

How do I use this feed?
I post new workouts or yoga classes with varying themes every week. Join in weekly when new workouts or practices go up!
What tools or equipment is needed?
For yoga: yoga mat, 2 blocks, maybe some clear wall space are always helpful! Some classes require no equipment beyond a yoga mat, so it’s up to you! For workouts: dumbbells, weighted band, ankle weights, and 2lb weighted balls (if you have them).
Are your classes good for beginners?
Most of my classes are offered for all levels, but if I’m offering something specifically for beginners I will always say so in the class description!
