- Remain tight through your core. Do not bend knees or squat to raise weight.
- Press overhead.

Strict OH press

- Arms extended above shoulders a dumbbell in each hand
- Bend at the elbow lowering the dumbbells towards your head
- Fully extend up contracting your triceps

2 arm dumbbell skull crushers

- Bring your elbows down to the ground 
- Keep your core engaged
- Try not to move your hips back and forth 
- Extend one arm then the other

Commandos

Circuit 1

- Hands shoulder width apart and raise to upper chest level
- Switch hand positions and press dumbbells overhead

Upright row to military press

Diamond raise

- Start with a dumbbell in each hand
- Push hips back swinging the dumbbells behind you
- Thrust hips forward swinging dumbbells to the front
- Squeeze glutes as you come to full stand

DB skiers

- Use a resistance band
- Raise your elbow
- Extend your arm engaging your tricep
- Focus on a slow controlled movement
