I’m a fitness enthusiast who is here to spark joy and build confidence in your workouts. I’m here to show you that you don’t need to have a 6-pack to feel confident in your skin, and you don’t need to spend hours in the gym with boring workouts to get results. I believe in building grit and mental toughness through challenges, which will give you the focus and drive to show up in your life with the people you love most. Goals

My goal is to help you build lean muscle and torch fat through specially designed routines that will keep your heart rate elevated and your muscles engaged. These workouts are designed with YOU in mind and are intended for all fitness levels. You will be pushed in new ways, but it’s because I know you are highly capable!! We don’t have all day, so these workouts are designed to be quick and effective, leaving you burning fat long after you finish.

Training Requirements

My rhythm cycling classes can be done on any stationary bike - at home or in the gym! My strength-based workouts are designed to be completed at a gym with your typical available equipment, but can be modified for at home workouts with light and medium sized dumbbells, a bench/chair, and some resistance bands.

Accomplishments

• Owner of The Vibe Fitness in Sandy, UT. I’m experienced in teaching group fitness classes and personal training. I found rhythm cycling and loved how it was a high energy workout that could be added to my weight lifting routine to multiply the results! While navigating my own weight loss journey and unexpected health challenges, I found a passion for finding ways to incorporate healthy living into my everyday and very busy life.
