I’m Ashley Thomas, wife, mama of two boys, 6 & 1, with a little one on the way, and a certified health & fitness expert. I have a passion for all things fitness, the outdoors, yoga, and traveling.
I enjoy learning as much as I can about the body and how it works and moves. I love spending my free time with my family, reading a good book, and listening to all kinds of music. My sweet boys are my whole world. They definitely keep us on our toes and are full of joy!
Living a healthy lifestyle means working on strengthening the mind, body, and soul. I believe that a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition is key to living a healthy lifestyle. It should be something that is practical and sustainable for LIFE.
I have experienced all sides of the fitness industry. I have struggled with eating disorders in my late teens, competed in a bikini competition, infertility and finally having my first son, underwent a major back surgery and shortly after became pregnant with my second son, struggled with PPD (postpartum depression,anxiety) and regained my strength, & confidence after each obstacle.
I’m here to empower other moms and women to love themselves no matter what and that it is possible to come back stronger than ever post pregnancy. I hope that in sharing my own journey, expertise, and techniques I can show people that it is possible to have a healthy lifestyle and get results without dietary restrictions, excess cardio, and quick fixes. You can see the results you want, feel good, look good, and thrive!
