LONG PYRAMID SETS! So just rep them out with good form and contraction on your own tempo

- Bring the bar down and thrust forward and upwards through your heels
- Keep chin tucked in the entire time
- Locked out at the top and feel it in your glutes!

Barbell Hip Thrust (PYRAMID)

- On the way down: Imagine a RDL down and once you can no longer lean forward, lower the bar like a squat
- One the way up: Leg press and then hip thrust forward to bring the bar up
- Come to a full stop at the bottom 
- Increase weight as you go down in reps
(I’m on plates to get a full range of motion because I’m limited by height. This is not supposed to be a deficit lift)

Sumo Deadlift

- Hinge at the hips and push them back to get a stretch in your glutes and hamstrings
- Push forward through your glutes like you would with a hip thrust to move the bar up
- Your arms are strings! They’re just holding the bar, nothing else. Do not raise the bar by pulling with your arms or shoulders

Romanian Deadlift

Double Deadlift

Complete each leg for the listed reps!
- Shin directly above ankle at the bottom of the movement
- Lean forward while maintains a neutral back to emphasize tension on glutes 
- Push through front leg to rise up, try not to launch off the back leg

Smith Machine Front Foot Elevated Reverse Lunge

- Hips and knees bent, use the stabilizing leg as leverage and push it into the grown
- Use glute to kick your working leg back and up, without bending ur lower back
- Hold at top

Killer workout! 😰 But I still can’t seem to feel my glutes during the bulgarians, even when I’m leaning forward and hinging my hips :( I couldn’t finish the recommended reps bcs I was concerned it would grow my quads instead (bcs I’m quad dominant)
