I am subbed to a few different fitness apps but yours is by far the one I use the most! It's so simple to use, doesn't play videos unless you want it to, doesn't crash (others crash a loooooot) and the workouts are FIRE. I haven't been challenged this hard with other workouts. The only thing I'd like to add is to track the weight of your BBs or DB (unless that is already a feature but I have missed it somewhere). Anyways, love u sista ❤️❤️❤️

- Bring the bar down and thrust forward and upwards through your heels
- Keep chin tucked in the entire time
- Locked out at the top and feel it in your glutes!

Barbell Hip Thrust

- On the way down: Imagine a RDL down and once you can no longer lean forward, lower the bar like a squat
- One the way up: Leg press and then hip thrust forward to bring the bar up
- Come to a full stop at the bottom 
- Increase weight as you go down in reps
(I’m on plates to get a full range of motion because I’m limited by height. This is not supposed to be a deficit lift)

Sumo Deadlift

- Begin with dumbbells in each hand and feet hip width
- Press hips back and lower dumbbells down until mid shins
- Lift back up to standing and press hips forward

DB RDL

Complete the superset on one leg for both exercises before completing the next leg

Complete each leg for the listed reps!
- Shin directly above ankle at the bottom of the movement
- Lean forward while maintains a neutral back to emphasize tension on glutes 
- Push through front leg to rise up, try not to launch off the back leg

Smith Machine Front Foot Elevated Reverse Lunge

- Place the weight on the side of your thighs right above your knee
- Keep your toe pointed forward (not towards the ceiling)
- Use your palm to hold the plate in place, do not assist with it
- Raise your leg towards the ceiling

Standing Weighted Lateral Raise

Lunge & Leg Raise Superset

- Hold the contraction at the top for 1 second and lower for 4 seconds

Iso Hold Lying Hamstring Curl

I think it’s better to provide alternative exercises. Some people may not be able to do certain exercises due to certain circumstances.
