Loved the sprints, but not into the abs wod. Got me terribly dizzy, but possibly because of my form/core/breathing.

I wasn’t happy with this workout because instructions weren’t clear:/ Its 4 sets but not sure what the 2 sets of 0 secs were meant to be? I was also confused with the perpendicular deficit crunch (?) video :(
