- Lay on the floor with your leg up at a 90 degree angle
- Place the weighted plate on your shins
- Grab the plate and bring it overhead while extending your legs straight out and return to the starting position 
- After bring just your hands overhead and return to the starting position to repeat the process

Plated Table Top

- Begin by lying supine with legs straight and hands behind your head
- Roll your shoulders off the floor, do not pull with your hands
- Lower back down

Straight leg crunches

- Place your hands on the floor in front of you 
- Hop back and bring your body to a plank position 
- Hop forward 
- Jump up bringing your knees toward your chest

1/2 burpee w/ tuck jump

- Raise knees an inch off the floor and hold
- Tap each shoulder with opposite hand
- Keep a tight core

Beast hold shoulder tap

- Lay on your back with your legs elevated 
- Point your toes forward
- Move your legs up and down as you perform flutter kicks
- Keep core tight and activate
