Personal Trainer

My name is Andres but I like to go by Tovar. I am a full time personal trainer. Before I became a trainer I was overweight and disliked my physique. I lost 40 pounds after I got certified. I took everything that I learned, applied it to myself and it worked. I then start applying it to my clients and the result were just coming in. I genuinely enjoy helping out others and making a positive impact in people lives. It’s an indescribable feeling being apart of peoples major turning points and I hope I can continue doing it for more people with my app. Try out my workouts because they will change your life forever. Utilize my advice. Things don’t work if don’t commit and stay consistent. Great things don’t occur overnight. They happen when you put in the work day by day. Enjoy the journey because not everyone gets the opportunity.
Goals
My playbook is designed to help you lose weight and build muscle. My app will not only shape your body but it will also shape your mind if you follow through with the program. It will put you in uncomfortable states, it will test you and you have to push through. I believe you can do it. You just have to want it. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable and then you will excel. (Nutritional advice will be included)
Training Requirements
My app is programmed for all levels. I created effective regimens that you can perform at home or on the go when traveling. The greatest equipment that you have is your self. That’s why I created a bodyweight program. My commercial gym programs are created to fit your lifestyle and experience. Whether you can attend the gym 6 days or 3 days a week. I recommend you to workout a minimum of 3 days out the week.

- Worked at a fit body boot camp and I trained over one hundred people in my time there. - I was a trainer for Crunch - I was a trainer for Planet Fitness - Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine - Bootcamp Certified - Played 3 years of Varsity Basketball - I receive the MVP award for my high school sophomore basketball team - I received the “Offensive player of Year” award for a division 1 high school basketball team senior year - Track/Field: long distance - 1mile, 800m
