Join me for this core flow!

There will be options and modifications for advanced or more beginner movements!

We will be using a pilates ball but other options are: 
- any small squishy ball
-throw pillow
-rolled up towel
or you really don't need anything!

This is NOT recommended for my pregnant or recent postpartum mamas!

If you see doming in your core try reactivating your deep core! If there is still doming this may be too much for your core and you need to modify!

You can always simply bend your legs, or put your head down to have less pressure on your core!

(this kind of cuts off weird at the end cause my baby woke up from his nap and I had to put him back to sleep lol)

how to properly engage deep core + pelvic floor

Loved it! 9 months postpartum with my second son & was feeling like I needed to focus more on my pelvic floor/core during my normal workouts. This will definitely be a constant in my workout routine from now on! 💪🏽
