Hi! I’m Alexandria. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016. I worked for 7 years in the automotive industry as an engineer while training clients part time before I took the leap to put everything into my business to go full time. I currently work with 1:1 in person clients, teach boxing, HIIT, and TRX classes at my local gym, and work 1:1 with online clients as well. I’ve always dreamed of being able to reach a wider audience with my workouts and knowledge, and I’m so happy that you’ve found me here! I prioritize core work and proper form through my workouts so you’ll find lots of tips for each program. I’m so excited to be working with you!!
My Playbook will give you a consistent workout routine; improve your core strength, mobility, and stability; and help you build strength with a new focus area each month. You won’t get bored here, because you’ll receive a new set of workouts each month focusing on areas such as core, balance, endurance, etc. You’ll received detailed breakdowns for every exercise with additional form breakdowns as requested!
