    Hi! I’m Alexandria. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016. I worked for 7 years in the automotive industry as an engineer while training clients part time before I took the leap to put everything into my business to go full time. I currently work with 1:1 in person clients, teach boxing, HIIT, and TRX classes at my local gym, and work 1:1 with online clients as well. I’ve always dreamed of being able to reach a wider audience with my workouts and knowledge, and I’m so happy that you’ve found me here! I prioritize core work and proper form through my workouts so you’ll find lots of tips for each program. I’m so excited to be working with you!!

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
