WHAT:
The 100 Plank Challenge is a fun opportunity to push your body and mind to new limits. Over the course of the challenge, you will perform different plank variations intensifying the benefits of this classic bodyweight exercise.
WHY:
Planks are one of my favorite exercises to do with clients (and myself). They're diverse, target multiple muscle groups, improve your core strength (and can help reduce back pain), increase stability, and are a fun way to challenge yourself.
Over the course of 3 parts, you'll perform 100 different plank variations. Work your way up to safely being able to do them all! Each one will take less than a minute of your day - this program is simply meant for the fun and challenge of it all!
While this challenge is mostly a fun way to move your body and challenge yourself, you may also see other benefits. You core will get stronger, your stability and balance will improve. You may get stuck at a plank variation and be motivated to get stronger in order to conquer it!
