Hi there! My name is Alex. I’ve been teaching yoga for the last 4 years & I’m so excited to be here! I’ve spent years exploring different ideologies, schools, & lineages of yoga. From Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Tantra, Bowspring.
