love you kenz! went through the same thing and didn’t realize there were words for it. got in my relationship, 2 months in I unexpectedly lost my brother to overdose. moved to santa monica and found no healing in the “spiritual” circles.. only to become a mom and heighten all the ocd, anxiety, trauma. glad you shared your journey here 🤎

The fear of death, tied in with OCD. This is my husband’s reality on a daily basis too. He’s lost both his parents

This series definitely makes me think about some aspects of my life that I recognize as triggering the proliferation of fear based thoughts but never really acknowledged as being anxiety that I should consider addressing.
