Confused... when you have 12 for a set and its something like reverse lunge, is one reverse lunge per each leg 1? So for 12 I would be lunging 24 times total? And 1-1-1-1... not doing one pushup one Russian twist four times and being done, right?

It was really great!! Thank you so much! I do have one question. On the last set is it supposed to be 12 reps or just 1? I did 12 because I wasn’t sure.
