What are the goals of the program? This program is designed to build the strength and balance needed for handstand.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Make sure to complete all elements of each day. It would also be helpful to practice the handstand drills we learn in class each week whenever you have a few minutes of free time. If you fall off track, just pick back up when you can!
How to schedule the program into a week? This is a 3 week program, 4 days a week—you pick the days. Most days are 15-30 minutes so you can fit into a busy day!
What do I need to participate in this program? No props are needed. That being said, we do practice some drills where yoga blocks might be helpful. If you don’t have any, you could try using books. My favorite yoga blocks are also linked in the Insights tab.
