I really liked your emphasis on the goal not being to get rid of the “cloud” completely, but to get rid of the negative feelings that the struggle is causing us. I think that’s a very healthy thing to remember.

I’ve been putting this one off because balance is not my strong suit, but I felt like being challenged today (and I was). I’ll come back to this one as I get stronger and hopefully I’ll see improvement. :)
