This section is where you can find a collection of my favorite workout of the week! So many people ask me what I do in the gym and I thought this would be a great way for you to get to know my training style and approach, if you want to follow along. ๐Ÿ˜Š Keep in mind, that these workouts are not tailored to different fitness levels as they are my personal workouts and some may be more intermediate to advanced. If you are new to fitness, I would recommend starting with the Get Lean program or some of the other full body or bodyweight workouts that I have in the app!
