Just started running again after about a year off because of a severe case of plantar fasciitis (2 weeks now and so far so good). Did your post run routine last weekend and really liked it. Did this one after my run today, and it was fantastic! Feel excellent all over, and it really helped work out my feet, calves and hips! Definitely one I’m saving and coming back to regularly!
