This mini series is essential maintenance for a long and pain free running career, taking care of your body so it lasts you longer. Make time for a short activation warm up session before each run and a quick cool down stretch afterwards, as well as a weekly full length class designed to support the body’s needs as a regular runner. You’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, improve your strength, mobility and flexibility, stabilising your joints to prevent running related injuries.
