Very good, Im finishing week 2 of 12 week program and every time i finish a workout it leaves me sweaty but feeling good and strong!!

I am loving this 12 week plan!!
By the way...
On the description of the workout it says 5 sets of 15 reps but when you go through to play the workout it says 3 sets. I did 5 but didn’t know whether you knew about this.
