- Start by lying down with the barbell directly above you
- Bring your elbows in slightly 
- Lower down until the bar touches your chest 
- Press up engaging your chest

Barbell bench press

Dumbbell Incline Chest Press

- Press back firmly against pad with feet on the floor
- Grip the pec deck handles with a slight bend at the elbow
- Bring the handles in front of your chest and pause
- Slowly release back to starting position

Pec deck chest fly’s

Decline Chest Press (Smith Machine)

- Place your upper back on the bench 
- Keep a slight bend at the elbow as you lower dumbbell back 
- Focus on engaging your lats as your pull the dumbbell forward

Dumbbell pullover

- Start with a weighted plate on your back in push up position
- Bend your elbows to lower down until chest touches the floor
- Straighten arms to return to the starting position
