- Support upper back on a bench and the barbell across your hips
- With both knees bent to 90 degrees 
- Lower your glutes to the floor and press back up to starting

Barbell hip thrusts

- Lower with a controlled motion
- Push through your heels to go up engaging your quads

Plie squat (smith machine)

- Holding a DB in each hand at your shoulders lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand back up 
- As you reach extension press the DB overhead
- Lower the DBs back to your shoulders repeating movement

Dumbbell thrusters

- Begin with dumbells overhead
- Step forward with one foot and lower down until both knees are 90 degrees 
- Press through front heel to return to starting position
- Repeat with the opposite foot

Dumbbell overhead lunges

- Start with your hands on a box
- Perform a push-up coming down slowly
- Keep your core engaged

Incline push up

- Tuck your knees up in a controlled manner
- Do not swing back and forth
- Focus on activating your core
- Lower and repeat
