Kathryn

- Start with kettlebell on the ground in front of you
- With chest lifted and core engaged bend at the waist
- Lift KB off the ground allowing it to swing between your legs
- Drive your hips forward propelling KB forward and up
- Stopping just in front of the shoulders 
- Allow kettlebell to swing down and back between the legs
- Moving immediately into the next rep

Kettlebell swing

- With a kettlebell in each hand at your sides step forward into a lunge
- Lift kettlebell with arms 
- Step back up to the starting position
- Repeat back and forth

Kettlebell lunges w/ shoulder press

- Stand with one arm holding kb and the other by your side
- Lean toward the kb as far as you can go 
- Crunch 
- Repeat on other side

Kb Standing side crunches

- Do a squat with kettlebell in both hands 
- Pop up kb with hands on the way up

Kettlebell squat

- Start in hollow hold
- Pull both knees in and extend holding kb

In and outs with weight

Incline walking
