A few things for this first day:

Watch the Intro Video - This will tell you all you need to know about this Core Program!

Take a Peak at the Exercises Before Starting - Under each full workout, I have short clips of every exercise in each workout. These clips come with a short explanation of proper form and some modifications you can do if you are not at the full form of the exercise yet! Looking at these will help you to know exactly what to expect so that you are fully prepared to give the workout of the day your all!

Make sure to stretch! - It's always a good idea to get some stretching in after working your body. I have a few stretches at the beginning of this series. Also full yoga flows are great!

The core series is amazing. I started off on day one barely being able to finish my second round, and today I did day nine feeling so strong! I’m combining it with the HIIT series so I do three core/wk and three HIIT/week and I feel awesome.

Not my favorite core program. Way more plank/shoulder work than I imagined. Since you can’t preview the exercises for the day, it was really tough to do after an arm day for most work outs. Looking forward to a different program with more only core focused workouts.

My favorite core program I’ve tried by far!  Will definitely be re-starting 😁😁
