What are the goals of this program? The goal is to finish the 6 week program feeling stronger and healthier than ever! I want to see you progress in the major lifts while also improving your physique & aerobic endurance. I've included a lot of push-up & pull-up work so that you can master all the classic strength movements.
What equipment is needed? You will need access to a gym with free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, etc.), a pull-up bar, and some resistance bands. This is ideally made for a Crossfit-style gym or well-stocked garage gym.
Who are these workouts for (skill level)? This program will be more for the intermediate/advance who are comfortable with a barbell. There is some Olympic lifting in the program but there are always alternatives if you are not comfortable performing those movements.
How do I get the best results? - Make sure you choose weights that challenge you but still allow to perform with good form.
- As the weeks go on make sure you are increasing the weight since you will be getting stronger
- Get proper sleep (7-8 hours), listen to your body (if you need an extra rest day - take it!), Hydrate PLENTY, and eat clean foods that will fuel your body properly (Get my nutrition guide in "insights" section of app)
