Loving these workouts! I wasn’t able to workout very much during my first trimester between the extreme fatigue and night shifts, so I lost a lot strength. Now that I’m in my second trimester and in day shift, I’m finally getting back into it. These workouts are good for starting over, but still offering a challenge if able.
