It was good. Next time maybe switch from upper body to lower body in your full workouts. I think we would all benefit more with that. I’m sweating but worked harder at the end with the legs. Still great! I’ll see you on Wednesday for day 4. Thank you ❤️

Crazy how the same exercise done in lateral isolation becomes a completely different type of exercise. I love the simplicity of these workouts without sacrificing efficacy.
