Probably my favorite back day I’ve ever had!! Really excited to give rear delts their own day (one of my biggest things I’m working on getting stronger). I honestly think this is going to be my favorite split yet!

Really loving the new split so far! I appreciate the shorter but super effective workouts. I woke up a little late, did warm ups, activation, workout AND still had time to stretch afterwards! 💃
