Happy Tuesday! Week 5 of 9 week split [week 10 will be a deload week] Goal of Split: A close continuation from our last split. Training days built around gaining strength through a variety of volume per muscle group, with an emphasis on repetition of primary and secondary movements in both strength and hypertrophy rep ranges.
