Thank you so much for creating this app and community. I have been dealing with some serious health issues the past 2 weeks and will heading into surgery in 8 days but your community and mindset has instilled such a love of fitness and movement no matter what stage of life we are in. Great! I donβt always have access to abduction machine - how does banded differ from machine? Also, for single leg rdl why is the total volume 30? Vs 40? Does less make us more aesthetic v strength? Thanks!
