Such a useful reminder of how to deal with negative thoughts. I had a tough run on Saturday, really muddy and my legs and feet were hurting and tired. Then half way round my watch stopped and I felt a wave of ‘how can I do this?’ So I slowed to a walk, sucked down a gel with some water and then ten minutes later I felt good again!
