I liked the reminder to at least do something - even if it’s just 5min. During the video I was wondering what your take is on how much sleep a person should get and when you actually go to bed if you get up at 4am 🫣  
But the principle to get up early to get things done has always been game changer. 😊

Such a useful reminder of how to deal with negative thoughts. I had a tough run on Saturday, really muddy and my legs and feet were hurting and tired. Then half way round my watch stopped and I felt a wave of ‘how can I do this?’ So I slowed to a walk, sucked down a gel with some water and then ten minutes later I felt good again!
