Very good, but I almost gave a 3 star due to your muffled sound. It appears every time you “tucked” you chin we could not hear you, terrible sound. Actually stop and started video multiple times. Can you please check this for future workouts? Thank you, missy

The workouts were great but the sound quality was bad. Might need to re-film day 1. Kept having problems with the microphone.

The microphone quality was really bad which made it very hard to understand and hear what you were saying throughout the workout.
