Fitness Expert and Coach

I haven’t always been in great shape. In fact, there was a time in my life when I was overweight and very unhealthy. But, over 10 years ago, I underwent a body transformation and haven’t looked back. I didn’t stop there, I became a professional Men’s Physique Bodybuilder and US Army Certified Master Fitness Trainer. I know exactly how to train. Today, I have a full time corporate job, I travel a lot, and I’m an actor, but that doesn’t stop me from being in shape and living a healthy life. Also, being in shape doesn’t cost me my social life. I still like to go out, eat, and drink with my friends (in moderation of course). I do all of this my being very focused and efficient in the gym. Also, I’m constantly using new and different techniques to keep my muscle improving and avoiding plateaus. Plus, I’m never bored in the gym and it’s always fun for me (except Leg Day sometimes 😉). Goals
I’m going to show you what it means to constantly push yourself in the gym and make sure you’re always improving. We’re going to workout together, and help each other along the way. By working out with intensity, I’m going to show you how I always stay in shape without spending countless hours in the gym. This is going to be more effective and efficient than you’ve ever thought possible.
Training Requirements
To do the workouts I do every week, you’ll need to use a gym. However, if you don’t have access to a gym, or you’re traveling, I’ve included a home bodyweight and home dumbbell program. If you are a very new beginner when it comes to lifting weights, I’ve also included my beginner program to get to ready to do what I do every week.
