I haven’t always been in great shape. In fact, there was a time in my life when I was overweight and very unhealthy. But, over 10 years ago, I underwent a body transformation and haven’t looked back.
I didn’t stop there, I became a professional Men’s Physique Bodybuilder and US Army Certified Master Fitness Trainer. I know exactly how to train.
Today, I have a full time corporate job, I travel a lot, and I’m an actor, but that doesn’t stop me from being in shape and living a healthy life. Also, being in shape doesn’t cost me my social life. I still like to go out, eat, and drink with my friends (in moderation of course).
I do all of this my being very focused and efficient in the gym. Also, I’m constantly using new and different techniques to keep my muscle improving and avoiding plateaus. Plus, I’m never bored in the gym and it’s always fun for me (except Leg Day sometimes 😉).
