Curtsy lunge dumbbell fly - alternating

Seated squat Arnold press - alternating

Sumo deadlift

Goblet squat to calf raise

Incline push-up heel kicks

IMPORTANT NOTE: do 30 seconds going one direction, then 30 seconds going the other direction

Kneeling dumbbell halos

Dumbbell cleans (hammer position)

IMPORTANT NOTE: for the first 30 seconds, go from bottom to halfway, second 30 seconds, go from halfway to top of curl

Dumbbell bicep curl (see note)

IMPORTANT NOTE: switch legs halfway through doing 30 seconds on both sides

Single leg hip thrust

Tricep dip with band abduction

I like the work out, I wish it had more description, or talking on form tips and where you are suppose to feel It most. And maybe an alternative to using the barbells - I did inverted rows instead of using a barbell

The workouts are so good although I complete them in less than 60 mins. I also feel they are geared more for a novice athlete and progressions in the notes would be good. With all this said, as a more advanced athlete beginning pregnant, I get a good sweat in everytime! Thank you :)
