When I started this challenge I could only do 4 push ups and had to modify the last one. I can now do 10 push ups and modify the rest. DAY 6!

Tired, tired, tired 😩 But happy I finished and only have 2 days left. Proud I haven’t given up!! 💪🏽

My quads are saying some not nice things to me. Can’t believe my knees are allowing the squats and lunges. I think they are pretty proud of themselves.

That was difficult. I love the results I am seeing!!

Tough…but it felt good! Maybe I’m just proud and it’s carrying me through my workouts! 💪🏽🙌🏾🥳

Done!! I never would have thought I could do 50 V sit crunches. My abs will thank me later. My quads have been vocal, but are quietly down a little. This was great. Thank you, Rebecca!
