What are the goals of the program? To make you move your body and gain lean muscle and burn lots of calories!
How to schedule the program into a week? The WODs are effective on its own, so this should be your main workout of the day. If you want to do some extra work, pick any abs focused workout (from the ABS section) and crush it afterwards!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Whether you are brand new to fitness or are in this for a while, you will benefit from the WODS in this collection. Since they are bodyweight only, they can challenge you and be done when you can’t hit the gym.
