What do I need to participate?
Just yourself! If you have a yoga mat, that's great. If not, just make sure you're on a soft surface like carpet or put a mat down.
What type of workouts are included?
- Full body pain relief - Warm up stretches before a back weight session in the gym or at home - Cool down stretches - Stretches/ yoga to increase flexibility and loosen tight muscles - Stretching 3x a week and increasing to 5 or 6
How will I get the best results?
- Stretching consistently - Stretching before and after a workout - Drink at least 8oz of water daily - Make sure to take active rest days and full rest days as your body needs to get used to stretching
