I’m a weightlifter, yogini, martial artist, and weapons performer. “Training for strength and flexibility is a must. You must use It to support your techniques. Techniques alone are no good if you don’t support then with strength and flexibility.” – Bruce Lee I began weightlifting at the age of 18 and learned early on that flexibility and mobility is essential to being a great bodybuilder and martial artist. I began practicing yoga 3 times a week to increase flexibility in my hips, legs, and back as I wanted to achieve the splits. I always considered myself to be inflexible but now I can do the splits easily and am very flexible. As lifting heavy was causing pain in certain areas of my body such as lower back. Once I began yoga that pain disappeared, and my body felt reborn into something stronger and more flexible. Now I practice yoga daily before and after my weight training session and do the splits just for fun. When I first started yoga I never would have believed that I would be doing the splits so easily. I have been practicing yoga for several years now and love my body more with a combination of weights and yoga training. Everyone needs to do yoga! It provides peace, flexibility, and joy knowing what you can do with your body. The only time I look back is to see how far I have come. So should you! So start your journey with me today.

Training Requirements
My yoga and flexibility exercises are designed for bodybuilders, martial artists, and anyone looking to do yoga. Ranging from complete beginners to experts. My app has everything you need to be be flexible, achieve the splits, and for pain relief. Your body will go from being stiff to being fluid. I offer flexibility training, splits training, mobility, and strength training for martial artists and bodybuilders. My workouts can be done at home with no equiptment.
Accomplishments
I have successfully been weight training for 10 years and have experience in weightlifting, high intensity training (HIT), swimming, cardio in the gym, and yoga/ flexibility, and mobility training. Moreover, my whole life I have been involved in sports from competing in football, rounders, cross country, netball, tennis, hockey, relay races. I have a diploma in physical fitness and am a certified stretching & flexibility coach.
