My legs are shaking so bad but I pushed through all the way. Great way to start the work day.

Wish it had more diverse exercises. Enjoyed it overall even though my shoulder got hurt 😅 great workout

That hurts just getting started back up. Had to do standing calf raises since my gym isn't all that equipped.
Good workout. Won't be able to walk tomorrow
