My name is Nicole (@MsNicoleFit). I am known for my RAW fitness videos from Instagram. Former D1 sprinter and Army veteran, I am striving to bring back the basics to overall fitness and to help change the narrative for women trainers. My RAW20 program will help step you out of your comfort zone and bring out that inner beast. I will be training with you. Who is the channel for?
This channel is for anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. All fitness levels are welcomed. Whether you are a stay at home mom, a blue/white collared worker, a student, a student athlete, or whatever you may be, this is for you.
What are the Goals for this channel?
Each person will have their own fitness goals, so I am providing an overall fitness channel for the following: Weight Loss Build Endurance/Stamina Toned muscles Leaned muscles knowledge on nutrition
What equipment do I need?
You will need little to no equipment. Most circuits will be body weight, but I will have some workouts that will include Dumbbells, sliders, and resistance bands, which you may go to your local sporting store to purchase or purchase them online, such as Amazon.
