Super excited to start the challenge! I use to pursue bodybuilding and later fell in love with powerlifting, but over the last few years, I’ve fallen off hard and haven’t found motivation. I started watching your videos and a lot of the challenges seemed really fun! Just watched your ninja course video and saw this bench challenge and immediately knew I needed to try! I think this was just the spark I needed
