I attempted this twice and fell asleep both times! I wish I hadn’t, but I feel like I needed it. Maybe yoga nidra is something I should come back to when I’m feeling anxious, like when I can’t focus or sleep or something.. Morgan’s voice is just so soothing! Maybe I’ll try it from my mat instead of a soft surface like the bed too 😅

Woah! Felt like I went into another world. When my thoughts became lucid I had to bring myself back. This was so good for me today as yesterday I test positive for Covid (overall doing fine) so I missed yesterdays session but grateful I could participate today. That is what I needed to feel at ease even though I am not feeling 100%.
