The NOW: welcome to now. This moment. This breath. This very second. It’s time to take back the power of being in the present. For too long we’ve worried about later, tomorrow next year? For too long we’ve dwelled in the past on things we cannot change. It’s time to exist in this moment. Are you up for the challenge? The NOW is a two week all levels yoga challenge that will present you with a different class each day. The style will vary. The length will vary. You might be doing breathwork one day and an energizing vinyasa flow the next. One thing that won’t change? Being fully immersed in the each class. My hope is every time you step on your mat, you gift yourself that time. A time to tune IN. A time where the rest of your day, week, year fades away.

About Morgan Tyler

Yoga, Mobility and Mindfulness.

Hey lovely humans! I began yoga in early 2014 after I retired from 10 years of professional swimming and coaching. I was completely burnt out and had no idea what the next season of life looked like for me. I found yoga through Instagram and began participating in challenges which led me to teach myself and learn yoga from home over the course of a year. I later on went to get my 200 hour YTT, and also completed another 120 hours of a standing acrobatics and yoga certification. I graduated from another 500 hour advanced TT in April 2020. My flows are highly focused on core strength, and syncing your breath to your movement which I believe is the foundation to a functional and sustainable practice. We will spend time creating heat by moving slowly and intentionally through poses and transitions. I can’t wait to sweat with you all!
