I LOVED this rise and shine. such simple movements and poses that go such a long way to wake up my body. i did it around noon actually, cause i spent the morning breakfasting and walking with my family, but still felt a little tight and knotted. this did so much to great space in my body and i’m excited to take on the rest of the day!

I’ve fallen away from my personal practice this morning series is very helpful to get back into and feel that magic again ✨

Exactly what I needed this morning. Loved the lunge/eagle arms combo, but the hip stretch at the end was EVERYTHING it felt so good!

Lifting the arm and leg in tabletop really caught me off guard 😂🔥
